Cabañas & Apart Ruta 63 is located 800 m from the lake and 200 m from the Meliquina River, facing Route 63 and the Del Pino stream crossing.

The complex consists of 3 cabins and a 4-bedroom apartment, built on a plot of approximately 3,000 square meters, located in the residential area of Meliquina.

Cabañas y Apart Ruta 63 is nestled amidst native trees and on the banks of a stream with over 60 meters of shoreline. The complex offers views of the lake and the surrounding mountains, making it a true visual paradise.

The complex was built using top-quality insulating materials, such as ceramic bricks with thermal insulation and double-glazed windows. The cabins are equipped with 12,000 kcal wood-burning stoves, and the apartment building has central heating, allowing us to accommodate tourists year-round, offering comfort even during the harshest winters.
In Meliquina, electricity is supplied through alternative energy sources. Internet service is provided by Starlink.
In our case, we have two power generation systems: wind and solar. Although the complex provides electricity 24 hours a day, we kindly ask that you follow the recommendations we will give you upon your arrival.
